Terms and Conditions for Using the KeSIC Portal

The information, linkages and the services provided in this portal is meant for graduates, institutions, employers, job seekers, researchers, investors and stakeholders in the labour market and education sector and are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Acceptance of the terms and conditions by users implies they are binding upon them. Ministry of Labour and Social Protection may amend the conditions as and when necessary without any prior notice to users.
This site is accessible to the public. Users should however be aware that while in the website they are subject to the monitoring of their visits, and all the applicable laws and regulations governing hacking, modifying the content, or posting of information that may violate the copyright laws of the Republic of Rwanda or as applicable.
